Another exciting day here in Samoens. Today was a non ski day for everyone and we have spent the day visiting the local market, sampling lots of different foods and visiting the sights and shops of the village.
The highlights of the day have been Nutella crepes, cakes from the patisserie, using the hot tub and Shamar eating a whole cooked chicken for lunch!
Everyone is looking forward to another full day of lessons tomorrow.
Enjoy the pictures,

Bonjour from sunny Samoens,
We have had an excellent start to the ski trip and been treated to some beautiful bright blue skies and good snow.
After an early 7:30 start, today has been the first full day of skiing with 5 hours of lessons for all pupils. Everyone has done fantastically well and made great progress. We are extremely proud of how much effort they have all put in during lessons and it was a real struggle getting them off the slopes today as they didn’t want to stop skiing!
Liberty celebrated her 11th birthday and after we all sang ‘happy birthday’ she had a chocolate cake from the local patisserie as a surprise, which she loved.
Everyone is looking forward to another full day of skiing tomorrow.
Au Revoir for now
