The Arts

Creativity and expression are encouraged at SSSC and we see it as an essential part of our young peoples development.

Our arts provision gives all young people the opportunity to access and produce outstanding work and performances either individually or as part of a group. These opportunities are provided either through designated lessons within the curriculum time or through extra curricular provision during break time and after school clubs.

Throughout our arts provision all young people access visits to various theatres, museums, sculpture parks, arts performances and a range of different cultural experiences. These visits enable our young people to celebrate cultural differences and provide further inspiration for all areas within the arts.
