Derby Theatre Work Experience

On Thursday 5^th March a group of our year 10 pupils were invited to Derby Theatre as part of an experience of work. They had a tour of the theatre which included visiting all of the backstage and prop areas. They then had the opportunity to meet staff from across the Derby Theatre group and ask them questions about how they got into the arts and the job that they do. In the afternoon all pupils took part in a ‘improvisation’ workshop which was great fun and allowed each pupil to extend the work that they have been doing in drama and school performances.
