On Thursday 5th March, we enjoyed a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day. We began with a whole-school assembly, where everyone had the chance to admire the wonderful costumes worn by pupils and staff alike.
Throughout the morning, the entire school took part in a carousel of book‑themed activities, all designed to celebrate our love of reading. These included our very own Masked Reader, character creation, blackout poetry, stop‑motion animation, orienteering, book‑making, and Burpee Bear activities.
It was a brilliant way to support World Book Day, the National Year of Reading and their Go All In initiative.
