On Thursday the 16th of February SSSC celebrated its annual Gym and Dance display. This took place at Ripley Leisure Centre in front of a crowd of 200+ pupils, parents and staff members.
There were some memorable performances, including some Spanish themed dances from KS3, an excellent Cheerleading performance from Y7, and a ‘Wednesday Addams’ inspired dance from KS4. The Primary classes gave us a taste of the beach by performing to Wipeout by the Surfaris, and the KS3 nurture class danced to Cotton eyed Joe! Finally pupils across the whole school performed some amazing gymnastics on the trampettes. A big thanks goes to Mrs Frost for her superb choreography as well as all the staff who assisted and performed.
